COMMERCIAL GROUNDS

Commercial grounds care with one operator and one schedule

Set-schedule mowing, edging, and bed work for businesses and HOAs I can actually keep weekly — with general-liability paperwork that shows up when you ask.

Maintained commercial building lawn and beds with Southern Buck Lawn trailer and zero-turn in view.

Curb appeal is the first thing a customer sees. If the grass is long or the beds are trash, they notice. I maintain retail frontage, office grounds, churches, and HOA common areas in Walker, Denham Springs, and Watson. You get a set day, one person to call, and a property that looks open for business.

I run commercial zero-turns, not residential mowers, on the bigger lots. I can work early, late, or weekends so I am not blowing clippings onto customer cars at noon. Tell me your hours and I work around them.

I carry general liability insurance. Need a certificate made out to your management company? Ask. Storm hits, I prioritize the commercial accounts so you can open. I do not bid properties I cannot keep on the route.

Properties I keep on the commercial route

I am a solo operator, not a big crew shop. That means I only take commercial work I can keep on schedule every week.

  • Office and retail frontage on the Walker–Denham–Watson corridor
  • Church grounds and entrance beds
  • HOA common areas and fence lines when they fit the route
  • General liability COI when your manager or board needs it

How a commercial account starts

  1. 1. Send the site details

Address, property type, preferred service days, and any access or quiet-hour rules.

  2. 2. Site walk

I walk the lot, note beds, turf, and constraints, and tell you straight if it fits my route.

  3. 3. Clear scope and estimate

You get a written scope, a schedule, and a firm number. Insurance paperwork on request.

  4. 4. Steady weekly care

Same operator, same day pattern, digital invoices, and one phone number when something changes.

What You Get

  • Commercial equipment for multi-acre and retail lots on the route.
  • Quiet-hour and off-peak scheduling.
  • General liability insurance, COI when you need it.
  • Owner as the point of contact. Digital invoices.
  • Storm cleanup so entrances stay open.

Where I Offer This
