Residential cuts first, then commercial frontage along the I-12 / Hwy 447 side of town when it is on the route. New sod needs a taller cut so July does not cook it. Established yards need a different pass. I know which is which because I drive past them every day. Denham Springs is a short hop from the shop. I run 70726 every week — homes and the commercial strips along the Range / Juban corridor when they sit on that pass. The clay here holds water after a rain, and the weeds that follow are predictable if you have been cutting here long enough. That is the point. I am not guessing at your soil from a map. I am already on the block. Lawn care service here means a weekly cut set to the grass you actually have, hard edges on the drive and walks, string trimming, blow-off, and a feed-and-weed schedule timed for wet clay instead of a calendar from somewhere drier. Watson, LA
Lawn Care in Watson, Louisiana
Watson is home turf. 70786 sits just north of the shop, and I am on Highway 16 most weeks. Lots run bigger out here than in town — a mix of acreage, mixed pine and hardwood tree lines, and newer houses. Leaf drop and briars along the fence are part of the job. A push mower will eat your Saturday. I bring commercial zero-turns, keep the borders tight, and still edge the drive. If you live in Watson, you are not the edge of the route. You are on it.

I am based in Walker and the weekly route is Walker, Denham Springs, and Watson. Plenty of Livingston Parish lots sit on that corridor — acreage, tree lines, long drives. If your property is in that corridor, I can knock it out with commercial equipment and still leave a clean edge.
